TERMS & CONDITIONS

By enrolling in any of our dog training services, whether board and train, group, or private lessons, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients and participants.

Services Offered

  • We provide both group and private dog training lessons. Group lessons are scheduled sessions with multiple participants, while private lessons are one-on-one sessions tailored to individual needs.

  • We also provide board and train packages. The board and train gives your dog focused training while staying with an expert trainer over the course of 2 to 3 weeks.

Payment and Refunds for Private/Group Lessons

  • Payment for services is required prior to booking.

  • We offer optional payment plans at checkout.

  • Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be retroactively applied.

  • Lesson packages are 75% refundable up until 7 days prior to the first scheduled lesson date.

  • *Packages are non-refundable after 7 days prior to the first scheduled lesson date*

Cancellation and Rescheduling for Private/Group Lessons

  • Group Lessons: There are NO rescheduling options for group lessons. If a client misses or is unable to attend a group lesson, they may schedule a single private lesson at an additional fee. The private lesson must be fulfilled prior to the next group lesson.

  • Private Lessons: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly, and a rescheduled session will be offered.

Payment and Cancellation Policy for Board and Trains

  • A non-refundable deposit of $250 for basic and $350 for advanced is required to reserve a spot in the Board and Train program. For multi-dog families, an additional $200 will be added to the deposit for each additional dog.

  • An invoice will be emailed 7 days prior to the scheduled training date. Failure to fulfill the remaining balance at least 48 hours before the reserved training date will result in training dates being rescheduled OR cancelled.

  • *There are no refunds on any board and train package once training has commenced*

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure their dog is up-to-date on all vaccinations as well as flea, tick, and heartworm treatment, and that they are in good health.

  • Clients are responsible for their dog's behavior and must follow the trainer's instructions during sessions.

  • Any aggressive behavior must be disclosed prior to enrollment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that a dog poses a risk to others.

  • For board and trains, owners must provide food and any medication that may be required for their dog. A limit of one (1) comfort item and two (2) toys are optional. All other items (treats, bowls, leashes, etc) will be provided by Adora during their stay.

  • Owners must pick up their dog on the agreed-upon date. Late pickups will result in additional fees.

Liability

  • We are not liable for any injuries or damages caused by a client's dog before, during, or after training sessions.

Clients agree to hold harmless and indemnify Canine Serene and its trainers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their dog's participation in training sessions.

Media Release

  • By participating in our training sessions, clients consent to the use of their and their dog's images or videos for promotional purposes.

  • Respectful behavior towards trainers and other participants is mandatory.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate dismissal from the session without a refund.

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties
